Just when you thought Michael Lohan couldn’t be a worse parent than he already is, the bastard goes and releases yet another audiotape recording of a phone call concerning his troubled daughter, Lindsay Lohan.
Seen here in a rare happy moment, Lindsay appears refreshed and relaxed as she enjoys a shopping spree at the Church Boutique in West Hollywood. Her joyful expression surely didn’t last long after her father’s 2008 phone conversation with Lindsay’s assistant, Jennie Muro, went public.
In the tape, Muro is clearly trying to reason with La Lohan’s dysfunctional daddy by explaining to him that Lindsay does not want to see him. Apparently, the restraining order didn’t send a clear enough message.
Jennie also defends her actions to Michael by asserting, “I am trying to save your daughter’s life every day.” Muro also explained that she was forced to relocate to New York from Los Angeles to supervise the freckled actress during her short-lived stint on Ugly Betty.
According to Muro, “I get a 5% commission on this entire TV show and it’s sick and disgusting and I’m here and I give up my boyfriend and my dog and my parents and my new place in LA and everything so that your daughter doesn’t kill herself, OK?”
Hope it was worth every penny, Michael.
