Madonna has visited the family of a man killed in an accident on the set of one of her concerts in France. Two people were killed last week and at least eight injured when the stage collapsed.

Madonna arrived in Marseille, France, to visit the family of a 53-year-old lighting technician who was killed in the incident.

The accident also killed a man from Britain and hospitalized at least eight others, many of whom Madonna has visited.

Madonna was scheduled to perform at Marseille’s Velodrome on July 19 but the show was canceled.
