Madonna seems to have been spending a lot of time with private parts that belong to men other than her husband’s. Gerard Butler was promoting his new flick RockNRolla at the Comic-Con (tell me he slapped Paris Hilton while he was there) and mentioned that Madonna tried to help him cure a cold by sticking a needle in his ass.

“Guy [RockNRolla director and Madge's husband] introduced me to her and she said, ‘You’re the sick one?’ and I said, ‘Yes,’” Butler said.
