OK, I’m not sure what party hostess extraorinaire Madonna did to her face (and where was boyfriend Jesus Luz?) before she popped over to the Vanity Fair post-Oscar party, but holy hell, this is the best she’s looked in years. If she had to bathe in the blood of six virgins, I’d say the murders were justified in the name of anti-aging. A girl’s gotta do what a girl’s gotta do. And sometimes that means “baby placenta facial masks.”
Pop star couple Gavin Rossdale and Gwen Stefani stepped out in black, with Gwennie-poo sporting a short, sheer dress. The “Hollaback” girl left the babies at home, and showed off some well-toned legs.
Reese Witherspoon wore a blue and black, flowy gown to the event, which was also attended by her ex-husband Ryan Phillippe. I feel like the dress was a more adventurous choice for the actress. No word if these two mixed and mingled.

Pretty clear she’s a fan of facial fillers to restore youthful contour to what has become a gaunt face.
She’s been using them for a while now – and you can always tell when they’re fresh and when her body has begun to absorb them and revert to it’s natural state.

She looks brilliant. And, no, I don’t think she’s had any work done. I think that glow just comes from a lot of exercise and, um, a 22 year old boyfriend.

I am not arguing about whether is oxygen facials, strict diet, cosmetic surgery or fish oil that’s made her look so youthful. What I am arguing is the assertion that Madonna looks her better than she has for awhile. Madonna just looks damn good for her age, even in the “non-airbrushed” photos. Yes she could stand to gain 5 pounds and she could kick my arse with arms like that but I think it looks hot. I would rather her body was healthy than out of shape like the majority of Americans.
Here’s to you Madonna, may we live to see you around for another 50 years!

She looks good here because she’s wearing clothes. I’m not at all prudish – she just happens to look more dignified when I can’t see her inner thighs.
Maybe it’s the media’s fault, but every time I see her lately, she’s almost naked.

Madonna looks awesome. Regarding surgery – She probably just uses some facial fillers to keep her face plumped. Nothing wrong with that. She always had attractive features, and I agree, this is best she has looked in a while. Stunning.

One of the most unfortunate things about Madonna has always been that she could probably be fairly attractive. But that personality…. and as you age, who you are shows on your face all the more, and what I’ve seen from Vadge in the last 10-15 years is a really unattractive woman. Greedy, money hungry and painfully self-serving. So, yeah, it all shows, no matter how many stringbeans she eats or how many hours a day she works out. Not a good looking person.
