Selecting the best and worst dressed celebrities of the week never gets old, I tell you. Kelly Brook made it especially easy this week to give her a fashion fail for that liquid dress she sported (so very Wet N’ Wild/Carmen Electra 15 years ago, my friend).
Maika Monroe held court at the Venice Film Festival in the most delightful of Marchesa gowns, which the designer felt compelled to tweet about:
