You’re all familiar with Mariah Carey, right? She’s had a few good songs, put out a decent Christmas album…appears on that American Idol show.
Well, the woman responsible for half the songs on my life soundtrack recorded “Almost Home,” the theme song to Disney’s Oz The Great And Powerful.
Carey, who co-wrote and co-produced the song, said it “has a message that works beautifully with the film. It’s a feel-good record; it gives you the feeling of reaching your home and being with people that you love.”
It’s good, people, and it goes perfectly with the theme of the movie. Which you have to see. As soon as it opens this Friday (March 8th).
