Mariah Carey and Janet Jackson are said to be working on a collaborative project. Jemaine Dupri is hoping to bring his lover Janet Jackson and Mariah Carey together for a duet on Jackson’s forthcoming album.
Dupri was the producer of Carey’s comeback album, The Emancipation of Mimi and has said that he has always wanted to record the two divas together. Dupri told MTV, “That’s been on my mind for a couple weeks now.

Fugly Girl, right on!! I am appalled by how much weight both of these fabulous ladies have gained. Mimi wears hers better than Janet, but that isn’t the point. 10 years ago we would not be having this conversation!! Janet is not just fat, she is obese!! It’s one thing to pick up a few pounds, but its another thing to begin endangering your health.
I think they will try to upstage each other. It will be interesting to see how this works out, if it works out.

Yes Mariah has the better voice but remember Janet has a song with Luther Vandross and last time I check, he has a big strong voice.
I have to say… janet is a pop star, and i never knew of pop stars to be great singers. But I still love them both, and i feel bad for janet with her disorder. I’m pretty sure that they both will be sticks by the time their song comes out.
I dont know how thats gonna work on stage. Janet can dance like no other, and Mariah can’t dance for shit LMAO. Mariah can sing real good tho and Janet has a soft voice which is very sexy. So i really dont know how this is gonna turn out. You also got to give it up to Janet, She’s been out longer then Mariah and still dancing like she’s 20yo and shes 39..
