A far cry from her role in Glitter, Mariah Carey is way dressed-down for her new film Precious. The story focuses on HIV-positive pregnant teen Claireece “Precious” Jones and is set in 1987 New York and is based on the novel Push.
In the film, Mariah plays a Harlem social worker by the name of Mrs. Weiss who works with Precious, played by actress Gabby Sidibe.
Mimi had to gain weight for the role, as well as don a dark wig and an array of dowdy outfits that cleverly concealed her famous curves. Look at her, getting her Monster on. Someone means business with this role.

Isnt it convenient that its one thing her fat ass does very well? SHe could wrap her chili dogs in raw bacon all the wants now…
She’s about 2 surgeries from looking like Lil Kim and Mariah was at least a tad cute so its not like she needs it as much as Kim.
