Mariah Carey’s been busy in Nashville, working on her new movie, “Tennessee” and apparently, she recently delivered a performance that evoked a strong emotional response from both the director and the crew. Carey sang a song written by both her and Willie Nelson, “Right to Dream,” and floored the film’s director, Aaron Woodley, with her stirring rendition. According to Woodley:
“People were weeping on the crew when she sang it. It’s very moving, especially in the context of the film and her character.”
He forgot to add that she was chopping onions, wearing a “Precious Moments” sweatshirt and outfitting a three-legged dog with a prosthetic leg at the same time.

I refuse to believe this…bitch was in GLITTER for chrissake! GLITTER!!! No one who starred in that movie could possibly move anyone to tears…ever.

Er, she was singing, not acting. Any singer worth her salt can make anyone cry with an emotional piece. Hell, even Antonella Barba can make people cry, but it’s because she’s so awful but still on American Idol.
