With a husband twelve years her junior, Mariah Carey ushered in her 40th year full of sparkles, dreams and rainbow dust. The singer’s hubby Nick Cannon planned an intimate dinner with eleven of their closest friends at the Barbados restaurant, Wispers on the Bay.
Last Friday night, the couple celebrated by filling the eatery with lavender and pink-colored balloons, popping the corks off some Dom Perignon and topping off the evening with Mimi’s favorite dessert, yellow cake with chocolate frosting. Flowing in from New York, of course.
A waiter from the restaurant said of the loving couple, “hey were very playful and affectionate the entire time…and very down to earth and extremely gracious to all of the staff.” And then a unicorn knelt down beside Mariah and offered her a ride along the beach to greet the fairy kingdom over which she would rule as Sparkle Empress.

I still don’t see how some people call her pretty. She always looked awkward @ best to me … like a creature form The Dark Crystal. She will always have big/long hair & a wind machine bc she knows that she cannot pull of a short haircut which requires a cute face.

Mariah Carey is 39. She was born in 1970. Internet Movie Data Base (www.imdb.com) made a mistake on her date of birth. but Mariah born in March 27 1970.
