He knows she’s pregnant right?

Mario Lopez and his pregnant girlfriend Courtney Mazza headed to the gym on Saturday and Courtney put in an hour while Mario went for two and a half hours before they headed to lunch. After all you don’t get a body like this by sitting on the couch (although I try).

Sources tell The New York Post they are worried that Lopez, who is “obsessed with his image”, is pushing his girlfriend too much by insisting she go through rigorous personal training and even surgery to look good. She looks like she’s enjoying herself in these pictures, but maybe she likes the idea. Maybe she just wants to look as good as he does in lingerie. Either way you should at least consider marrying the lady carrying your baby before you have an opinion on how she looks. Then she has something pretty on her finger to look at while she ignores you.
