A former employee of Fremantle Media, Magdaleno Olmos, is claiming that past “American Idol” contestant, Mario Vasquez, attempted to masturbate in front him and is suing the former talent show hopeful. Olmos worked as an assistant accountant for Fremantle, the company that produces “Idol,” and was let go shortly after reporting the incident that took place with Vasquez. TMZ has the details:
In the lawsuit, Olmos claims “Vazquez stared lasciviously, smiled lasciviously … and on one occasion followed him into a bathroom … knocked on the door of the plaintiff’s stall and made eye contact through the space in the stall door.”
This was followed by some gential rubbing, an offer for oral sex and Olmos booking it out of the bathroom. Olmos is also suing FOX Entertainment, as well as his former employer, Fremantle Media in his wrongful termination lawsuit.
Dude, if masturbating at your place of work is considered “inappropriate,” then let’s just say I’m glad I work from home. Hey-O!

Damn! The only reason I used to go to work was to jack off in the bathroom. There was the best pile of skin magazines in there I ever saw in my life! The way employers are cutting back on fringe benefits, masturbating on the job must be about the only one left. I’m sure glad I’m retired!

Them crazy American Idol contestants. Next thing you know they’re gonna join forces (Frenchie, Mario, Antontlla, etc.) and make a Screech-worthy film. **shudder**
