Oh how we have missed that smile!
Actor Matt Bomer was spotted leaving the ArcLight Hollywood after watching Django Unchained by his lonesome last night (March 14, 2013). Sometime you just need some alone time.
The White Collar star was rumored to have taken the role of Christian Grey in the upcoming film, Fifty Shades of Grey, but he recently revealed that he was never offered the part. So that’s that.
For now, we’ll just have to be happy with having Matt every week on White Collar. The show is set to make its debut in England, and Matt talked with Digital Spy about possibly directing an episode. He said if the opportunity arose…
“I would love to, but it’s difficult for me in the show because I very rarely get a half day off and it’s not something I’d want to do just to say, ‘I directed an episode’ and lean on the DOP [director of photography] to do the whole job. I’d really want to make sure I could prep and do it right, but if the opportunity ever comes up, that would be great.”
I’m sure Matt would make for an amazing director. I look forward to his directorial debut!
