The White Collar star was spotted out for a stroll with his partner Simon Halls and their kids Henry, Walker, and Kit in Soho, New York City.
The 34-year-old actor publicly revealed he was gay in February of this year and later revealed he had three sons via surrogacy with his partner Halls, who works as a Hollywood publicist.
The family has been enjoying some family time in New York City over the last week. The other day, Matt enjoyed a big bear hug from his boys.
