There’s no easy way to feel about your fiance dumping you…immediately after proposing…for another woman…on national television.  But since Melissa Rycroft had her Texan heart trampled by Bachelor/sociopath Jason Mesnick, the outlook has improved.  

The former Dallas Cowboys cheerleader was picked to join the season 8 cast of Dancing with the Stars.  She’ll replace TV host Nancy O’Dell,
who bowed out because of a knee injury.  Another kick-ball-change in Melissa’s life: a new boyfriend and a bold move on Ellen Degeneres‘ show last week.  Watch below to see the spunky brunette call out her ex and his new fiancee Molly Malaney for getting back together on the down low.
 

In other girl power news, you probably heard that Bachelor runner-up #3, Jillian Harris, is also cashing in on being publicly dumped by Jason: she’s going to be the next Bachelorette.
