Michael C. Hall’s Dexter character might have a familiar new nemesis for the upcoming sixth season of the Showtime hit.  Hall, spotted parking his silver Audi on 3rd Street in LA recently, appeared red-eyed in the new thirty second Dexter teaser that was released today.

C.S. Lee, who plays Masuka on Dexter, dropped hints to Digital Spy that Battlestar Galactica actor, Edward James Olmos, might play a new nemesis for Dexter in the upcoming season.  Right now all we know is that Olmos will be playing a “brilliant” and “charismatic” professor of religious studies in Dexter.

Lee commented on Olmos, “The guy is such a wonderful actor and such a presence that you would probably shoot yourself in the foot if you didn’t do that.  He’s going to be great.”  It’s reported  that Colin Hanks, Mos Def, Molly Parker, Brea Grant and Billy Brown will join the cast.

Michael C. Hall is not only keeping busy with Dexter, the newly divorced, cancer battling actor will star alongside James Marsdon in the film The Dead Circus.  Check out the Dexter teaser attached, it’s even creepier with the sound muted!
