There is a special place in hell for these jurors.

  2. J

    I’m at a loss….

  3. Amelia

Apparently celebrities in California cannot get convicted of major crimes. While I know many nice people who do not give children “Jesus Juice” there or act inappropriately with them, remind me not to move there.

  4. pinkpop

no way dude. the prosecution was weak – they had no direct evidence and terrible witnesses. it’s surprising that they even attempted this fiasco with the little they had. don’t blame the jurors – they did their job. blame the prosecution if you’re upset with the verdict. the jurors followed the instructions and were correct in the fact that guilt was not proved beyond a reasonable doubt.

  5. The victim’s lying mom helped the defense rather than the procution.

  6. Bitch01

It’s just like OJ–if you’re a fucking nigger and rich and famous you can do whatever the hell you want.

  7. LVB

WTF? Why you being all racist? and using a word you ain’t even a part of?

  8. Ocelot

Wow. I’m shocked that he wasn’t found guilty. Yet again, I believe another one got away with it. OK, let me clarify, as someone on TV just said, “Clearly he was found not guilty, whether or not he’s not guilty is a whole other conversation”. What is it that makes people not see things that are in front of their faces. How could the jury say he is completely innocent when there are more than one young boy that can tell you about certain markings on his dick….. When would they have to see his dick? And with so many different witnesses coming forward and talking about different things they have seen happen, all at different times? And with the whole Jesus Juice and Duck Butter stuff??????? I’m speachless!!!!

  9. emma chloe

What is wrong with these jurors????
First there was OJ,and now this……Where is justice?

  10. anonymous

If any of you folks even paid attention to the trial and not all the media hype, you would have expected a not guilty verdict. And besides, this doesn’t mean he’s INNOCENT, just NOT GUILTY. those are two really different things. from where i sit, there does seem to be a threme to all of jacko’s troubles–too much naivete and greed. i think that sums it up.

  11. It’s really funny that some fool posted something about being a rich nigger. Did that fool realize there wasn’t a single nigger on the jury?? And the jury couldn’t have been paid off, so what is the real issue? 1. Prosecution didn’t do it’s job (just like with OJ), 2. key witnesses discredited themsleves (just like with OJ), and 3. there was reasonable doubt. He isn’t free because he is innocent, but because there was reasonable doubt.

Oh, and the next time someone wants to grow big balls and talk some shit about niggers, by all means come visit me so that I can rip you a new one. Nothing like a sorry bitch who can’t leave an email address. Coward.

  12. I’m disapointed, but not surprised.

I was hoping they’d find him guilty on the lesser counts, at least.

  13. good god… where di dyou get that picture??? please tell meit is a velvet poster

by the way… I knew he would, for all we know that was a giant publicity stunt orchestrated by a crew ofsick and twisted people

  14. Bedstuy

In re the use of nigger: I am so happy that noone here is going to let this turn into a race issue because it is not. MJ is rich, the prosecution did a bang up fucked up job and more importantly he is famous. Unfortunately, nothwithstanding his wealth and fame, molestation charges are always hard to get a conviction on. Further, everyone knows that if you are rich and famous you can do whatever you want. Sad but true.

  15. A Boy and His Dog

Why can’t we all just get along? :(

  16. /-\Alexander/-\

It would be quite hard to convict the man on such charges due to the lack of feasible evidence!!! Did some of these people who posted such remedial responses actually follow the case?!? The first count (abduction charge) was completely at a loss for the posecution, and the following charges did not have any real weight for conviction. It especially didn’t help that many witnesses recanted their staments in later examinations, or could never keep a straight story at all!!! Look at the facts, people!!! Sure, the man most certainly has some issues, but given the information that the jurors were presented with, there was no way that guilt was evident beyond a reasonable doubt.

  17. Carla

Oh stop with the ‘N’ word! What a disgusting word! This has NOTHING to do with race, and probably lots to do with wealth and fame. O.J. was not convicted of double homicide. Robert Blake was not convicted of murdering his wife. Paris Hilton steals her video and rips a poster and doesn’t get anything for it. And now, Michael Jackson. So what’s new?

  18. Jax

I honestly expected this outcome…or at most, a hung jury.

Jackson’s problems stem from his cattle-driving father. He’s a classic psychology case. The sad thing is that without a conviction he probably won’t get the professional help he needs.

Let’s see him dig himself out of his debt now. Somone on Court TV said it was over three million…

    Jax

  19. Pogo

Um, there was NO solid proof he did anything. The accuser contradicted himself on the stand, his mother flat-out lied, and this family has tried to con other people in the past. They are a disgusting breed of people trying to get money out of a very wealthy media personality. They knew molestation charges would be believable because of Jackson’s previous history. Maybe he has molested children (even though all who accused him have been very shady and quite possibly, pathological liars), but there was simply no reliable evidence that he molested this boy. The justice system works.

  20. d

Im agree- Im sorry but I was not dissapointed with the verdict. People will do anything for money, and will be the first people to sue for anything. This mom has tried to con people in the past, (disabilities fraud/ welfare fraud)and has lied under oath. I know MJ is not everyones favorite, but cant people acknoledge that the people who brought this suit were kind of rediculous. Im sorry but I feel like justice was served- at the very least even if you believe he was guilty, you have to agree that the Jurors could not have convicted him with the large shroud of reasonable doubt. Im sure none of us would like to be sent away or robbed of our success because an overzelous Jury decided that in this instance Resonable Doubt need not apply.

  21. medea

Bitch01 aka stupid racist idiot, I do not care if you would kiss or cut Micheal Jackson. When you stop being a dumb ass and stop using a decision of not guilty, to use your stupid ignorant views.
Also, If you recall Robert Blake was found not guilty.Do not blame anybody for your sad pathetic life. Stupid little girl.

Change your name from Bitch01 to Trash01.

  22. HollabackBoy

“You know Im bad. I’m bad. You know it.” – Michael Jackson

  23. not surprised

It’s so true that if you had watched the coverage of the trial you would not be surprised at all… after all the mother and family were clearly presented as swindlers again and again. The point is valid that celebrities can’t be prosecuted in California, but in this case Michael Jackson’s weirdness can’t override the doubt that arises over the possibility that this family was trying to take advantage of him. That being said, if something doesn’t happen to prevent 10-14 year old boys from spending the night with this dude, I might have to go there myself and torch the place.

Also, to the individual who feels it was necessary to throw out the n-word in their analysis, let me remind you that Robert Blake also got off on a much more serious charge, and also Winona Ryder… and of course there are more. Given that your analysis is clearly so brilliant… I suppose these must be white “niggers”? Going forward, please spare the world your thoughts.

  24. Crystal

If Michael Jackson is a real pedophile, he will be compelled to victimize more children. It will be a shame if he ends up “repeating” on a new “victim”, but surely the prosecution, the victim, and the victim’s parents will be able to learn from the mistakes made in this trial if that is the case.

  25. anni

I had my doubts of MJ’s innocence, but these jurors gave so much energy and and thought to this that I am confident he didn’t do anything to this particular boy. At that, I have my doubts he has ever touched a boy inappropriately, I mean wouldn’t they all be crawling out of the woodwork by now?

  26. Bedstuy

No sane person would allow their child to be at MJ’s house unattended UNLESS you are after something. That does not negate the fact that MJ at the very least fondled more than one kid. And No, those who were fondled would not come forward because: Children rarely tell–and most parents don’t come forward because why put your child through it when you know that nothing will really come of it BEYOND you and your family being dragged through the mud.

MJ is a shady nasty bastard though. I don’t care what he went through-talk to a therapist and not kids!! Come on-any Joe Schmoe who ‘slept’ with lil kids because inside they felt like a child-would have been beaten on the street a long time ago.

MJ is getting shirts made right now
    I’m Michael Jackson Bitch!

  27. ocean

i thought michael jackson was white?

  28. Brian

Only in America can a poor black boy grow up to be a rich white “man?” and molest children and not only get away with it but make himself the victim.

  29. Bryon

The jury made the correct decision. They followed the exact instructions they were given and deliberated on the evidence that was presented pertaining to THIS specific case and determined accordingly that the prosecution’s case could not meet the legal standard “Beyond Reasonable Doubt”.

Personally, I think MJ is a child molester. However, I have serious doubt regarding THIS particular accuser considering his past history of lying and making false accusations of sexual abuse. His mother is a grifter who has a history of using her children to extort money from celebrities. She has made false claims of assault and sexual abuse to extort money from J.C Penny. She also tried to extort money from George Lopez and Jay Leno.

I am extremely disgusted by the accuser’s mother. She should be brought up on criminal charges for pimping her child out to a known child molester in order to extort money. There is something seriously WRONG with these parents!! They are sexually trafficking their own children to pedophiles to make a cheap buck. That makes them even worse than MJ.

  30. natacha

What about Robert Blake he killed his wife that is most recent. What about William Shatner, he came home and found his wife dead in a swimming pool?! That’s a good one. Noone talks about that. The upcoming “Wall of Sounds” guy coming up, I can’t remember his name right now. Now, if he get’s off than you know there is something wrong the Californa system and jurors.

  31. Bianchi

    Michael Jackson is the best!

  32. Mariana

I have a houseguest staying with me who thought he’d be convicted of a few counts before the actual verdict came out. I knew he’d be found not guilty. Justice. What the fuck EVER!

    HE’S A PEDERAST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I pity the poor kid who’s parents pimp him out hoping for the big score on the civil suit. And there will be one…

  33. lalo

I didn’t like his last album, he better a hellavu good one now, because I’m not going to sit back and take another pedofiles’ music into my house unless it’s up to ‘Billie Jean’ standard.

  34. Linda

There is a vast difference between “Not Guilty” as a verdict and “Innocent” as a verdict.

  35. sillymiss

Linda, Unfortunately, many people don’t differentiate between Not Guilty and Innocent. Michael Jackson will now be portrayed as the “poor persecuted victim” and will go on to make scads of money working in Vegas for Donald Trump. If the man is a pedophile he will attack another child eventually and hopefully not in California where the only thing a celebrity gets convicted of is shoplifting.

  36. nadine

anybody check out the supreme court decisions announced the same afternoon as the MJ verdict? potentially a lot more relevent to the judicial system than the pathetic MJ…

  37. lisa

Janet Arvizo should be brought up on criminal charges for pimping her son out. She’s a disgusting money-hungry piece of shit who voluntarily placed her young son in bed with Michael Jackson. She used her son as bait and sold him like a whore to a paedophile.

These creepy parents need to STOP handing their children over to MJ.

  38. medea

The little boy’s mom needs to be on the side of defense. She is sad and sick! However, if Micheal Jackson starts having kid sleepovers again, throw his ass in jail.

  39. jt

    1) Just because a jury did not convict MJ does not mean he is not guilty. Post trial and currently basking in all the media attention, the jurors are all blatantly saying due to percieving the mother of the accuser to be a con IS why they did not convict MJ.

    2) Another “unclear on the concept”, I am seeing many occasion where people are calling into radio talk shows defending MJ and then when asked if they would ever allow their kids to have a sleep over with MJ, will vehemently and emphatically say “NO”.

  40. Pogo

Brian, ignorant and pre-disposed opinions like that are put in your head by years of media brainwash. It’s people like you who automatically assume popular notions like, “Michael Jackson is a pedophile.”, “Elvis is alive.”, “Marilyn Manson had his ribs removed.”, and “Aliens are running amok in Area 51.” People like you make the U.S. look bad.

  41. A J

justice prevailed. the man is not guilty
