In case this wasn’t already obvious after he aired  Lindsay Lohan‘s emotional breakdown for every media outlet, after his continual public commentary on his daughter’s life, and after Lindsay considered  a restraining order against him, Michale Lohan sucks as a father.

Now Dina Lohan is taking him to court to make it clear that he sucks as a father financially too. 

“It’s almost been a year without child support,” Dina tells the press after a closed door meeting with her ex-husband in Nassau County Family Court today.  Michael said through his lawyer that he has every intention  of coming through with that money, but I’m not sure how he’s going to do that if it can’t be at the expense of his daughter.

It sounds like he has a devious plan, though. “If I have to tow the line to support them I will.” Uh, oh. Look for headlines on an arrest for bank robberies or Michael leaking of photo of something we haven’t already seen Lindsay do.

Michael is due back in court on March 24, 2010. Maybe he can make it a two-for-one deal and take care of that arrest for violating the restraining order against his ex.
