Michelle Obama Is A Vogue Cover Girl

February 11th, 2009 // 11 Comments

Wearing a magenta silk dress, Michelle Obama posed for the cover of iconic fashion magazine Vogue. Jason Wu designed the frock worn by President Barack Obama‘s wife in the photo shoot, as well as the white gown she wore at the inaugural balls.

This cover is the second time a First Lady has been featured on the cover, the last time was Hillary Clinton in 1998.

But it’s not all glitz and glamor for Michelle, who recently visited Mary’s Center, a non-profit organization helping people with restricted health care. But, it’s really hard not to look good when you’re being hugged by a bunch of cute kids.
