Michelle Williams Angry Over Heath Ledger’s Will

June 24th, 2008 // 6 Comments

Michelle Williams will reportedly boycott the official premiere of deceased babydaddy Heath Ledger’s last film, The Dark Knight, on July 14. Heath’s family is expected to be present for some sort of tribute to the fallen star, but Williams is said to be so upset over the handling of Heath’s estate that she’s staying in that night.

Heath, who died of acute intoxication this past January, left a will that named his family as the beneficiaries of his estate. This will was created prior to the birth of his daughter with Williams, Matilda.

Matilda is now supposed to be recognized (I guess on the honor system?) as the primary beneficiary of Heath’s estate. Heath didn’t have much on paper, but there is a house in Los Angeles and a reported back-end deal on The Dark Knight which could supposedly result in millions.

This cash would supposedly reside in a trust for Matilda for when she comes of age. But Michelle is said to be afraid that there will be nothing left for her daughter when Heath’s Aussie clan gets through with it. Heath’s dad Kim has been accused in the past of mismanaging his own father’s estate and losing millions.

Does this kind of thing ALWAYS have to happen when a famous person dies?

Mathilda looks so sad and serious in this picture, as if she is conscious to be a fatherless child. I hope she might somehow find a fatherly figure, first or later and hope her mom and parents pass by this argument over his money for her better sake.

Michelle, it’s because you and Heath were not Jews of the Hollywood Familia. You need to speak to the Godfather, Bert Fields. He’ll get a Pelicano type to put a horse head or dead fish in someone’s face and well, that’s how Jewwood works. You kiss a Jew’s fat *ss and the money flows. Usually in the form of a stolen script or royalties that were ripped off of a REAL artists.

Only hacks and trolls and troll’s tools make money in Hollywood where the name of the game is steal and kill.

    Get it? Got it? Good!

It’s so sad that it has all come down to money. So damn sad, I think Heath would be dissapointed!

You would think te same should apply to little
Matilda as it did for little Danilynn that she
be named sole heir and Michelle guardian.
Michelle get a hold of Howard K Stern he is a
Master at this stuff he will make sure that you
get the house and the money!

This is all that happens with these people!!Everything’s fine until one gets too loaded and kicks without leaving an adequate will!! It’s been going on since the ’50′s at least!! No one seems to learn! When there are valuables involve, wirte it down and give to someone. Even if the state gets it, it’s better than the inter-family squabbling!!!
