Look at me and my punny title. But seriously, Mickey Rourke‘s had a rough couple of decades and even though we might tease him for looking deranged and sexually confused, we really are rooting for the guy, whose critically acclaimed film The Wrestler just premiered in Los Angeles with real fake wrestler Roddy Piper in attendance.
I got to feeling nostalgic and went on YouTube to see old clips of Mickey from back when he was young and frisky and holy hell, he was hot. Definitely shady in a “you really should head straight to the free clinic immediately after we do it” sort of way, but still, he had his charms and I’m hoping this awards season treats him well.
Marissa Tomei was rocking a hot electric blue dress, looking gorgeous. She apparently plays a stripper in the film and the last thing I need is to be taking my boyfriend to see a movie where she’s working the pole. I bet she’s a regular at those damn S-Factor classes that I wish had never been invented. Still, I might have to go check this joint out. The trailer looks good.

I see Evan Rachel Woods is still attempting to channel Dita Von Teese. Someone needs to tell her she’s doing an extremely lame job at it.

Omigod Lisa you’re right, I went on YouTube and watched a clip of 9 1/2 Weeks and he was cute! He looked kind of Andrew McCarthy-ish. This movie was only 20 years ago, what the hell happened? Kim Basinger still looks great but Mickey looks 40 years older than he did in ’86!
