Everyone seemed to be pleased with Miley Cyrus‘s red carpet look at last night’s People’s Choice Awards. On the arm of boyfriend Liam Hemsworth, Cyrus looked both sexy and reserved in a cream David Koma dress with a sheer panel down the front. Cyrus topped off her look with her gorgeous locks pulled to one side and sparkly magenta heels.
I don’t know why Kelly Osbourne thought that going ashy grey was a good idea, because it made her look haggard.
“I can’t keep bleaching my hair and I want to grow it so I take breaks in between. I did it a year ago but it was more of a lavender gray, but I went straight gray this time,” she told Us Weekly on the red carpet. ”I’ll change it tomorrow.” Loved the color block Honor dress, though.
Yeah, why does she need a ridiculous fume vent in the back?
