Yesterday (January 20th) Miley Cyrus tweeted a great photo of herself and buddy Kelly Osbourne at the 2012 People’s Choice Awards a few weeks back.
Aaand then Cyrus grabbed sushi with friends, but skipped the whole “one should wear a bra in public, especially with a white tank top.”
The former Disney star also showed off a new haircut, updating fans via Twitter on how much she snipped off. “I didn’t do anything to crazy. But I did take 5 inches off!,” she told her posse.
