The first celebrity of the evening to hit the red carpet at the 2009 Oscars held at the Kodak Theater in Los Angeles was Miley Cyrus.
Miley, who’s film Bolt is up for Best Animated Feature, was accompanied by her mother Trish. She looked ravishing in a tiered beaded Zuhair Murhad gown.

While it might’ve looks stunning on an older and taller woman, Miley is neither taller nor a woman yet, and so should’ve left this dress at home for a few years.
