I have to say that whatever shenanigans Miley seems to be perpertrating, she’s a pretty snazzy dresser. Only because she’s so young can she pull off that part of her dress that appears to have been bedazzled with all kinds of sparkly business.
The Hannah Montana star topped off her dramatic look with H. Stern jewelry. Somebody’s growing up, y’all.

I totally agree. I wore a pair just like that to my senior homecoming dance…in 2000.
