Miley Cyrus was promoting The Last Song on GMA today and she told them her secret to prepping for the film.

“It was really good [working with Liam], because it makes you want to come to work and … look good.” Aw, that’s cute. All it would take for me is a paycheck.

She explains that her real life Aussie boyfriend Liam Hemsworth wanted to break out in the states and she wanted to show she can do more, so together they were working for the same goal. On top of that Cyrus, who
believes she grew up a lot on set said it was a plus to work with someone who cares about you personally as well as professionaly.  “I’m trying to make people see my work as a real actress and more mature,” she explained. “And when you have someone who loves you and wants you to do well, you really want to help each other, and you want to make each other look good.” The newly mature Cyrus said she also gave her costar Bobby Coleman “10 bucks to go ask Liam if he liked me.” Sounds like the maturity is reaching way up into 7th grade these days.
