The Obama administration is ALREADY making everything better. Case in point – First Daughters Malia and Sasha Obama inspired an Inauguration Eve concert last night called “Kids Inauguration: We Are The Future”. And during the denouement, an obviously uncomfortable Nick Cyrus gave his bitter ex Miley Cyrus a big hug. Awwwww! Check out the video. We apologize in advance for that shrieky girl’s commentary, Then again, it’s probably better and more concise than mine.
Malia and Sasha were said to be having a hot time dancing to Miley’s tunes and that of the Jonas Brothers. Even mom Michelle Obama was rocking out, probably having heard the tunes 1,000,000 times before. Malia was also seen documenting the event on her little camera, which she had at the Inauguration today.
“You guys are the reason I’m on the stage tonight,” Cyrus told the Obama girls from the stage. “I couldn’t be more proud.”
She also should have thanked them for the reunion with her ex-boyfriend and for keeping hope alive. If Nick Jonas can hug Miley again, we can finish the war in Iraq and figure out why no one has jobs anymore. Yes, we can!
