Miranda Kerr has decided to clear up a few rumors. First off, she says there is no truth to the rumor that boyfriend Orlando Bloom has given her an ultimatum to accept his next marriage proposal or be dumped. “What a load of baloney – as if anyone would do that,” the Sydney Morning Herald quoted her as saying.

She’s also denying the rumor that Bloom has given up his starring role in the next Pirates Of The Caribbean movie to spend more time with her. She added: “As if that would ever happen or as if I would allow that to happen.” Well, I guess we know who wears the pants in that relationship.

Miranda is forgoing pants for a swimwear photoshoot at the famous Bondi Icebergs Winter Swimming Club in Sydney, Australia on August 2, 2009. She wears it well.
