Since her wisdom tooth health scare, Mischa Barton has been busy in New York City promoting her new television series, The Beautiful Life, and taking in various fashion shows during the spring 2010 Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week.

In addition to having constant supervision to help her with her sobriety, the actress says her pets have been a source of stability in her life. Barton tells People magazine, “All kinds of things keep me grounded. My dogs and having to wake up and walk them every morning and having to walk them before bed at night.”

That’s kind of how I feel about my hamsters.
