There were starlets and pretty boys as far as the eye could see at last night’s Movieline’s Young Hollywood Awards. Everyone from Katharine McPhee to Hilary Duff to Dakota Fanning to Tyrese was there. Fashion was at the forefront, because they were all dressed to the nines!
Hilary showed up in one of the hottest trends for spring — a golden baby doll dress by Elie Saab — while Katharine McPhee was stunning in a sequined, black gown. Katherine Heigl was another style standout, looking classic in a red, knee-length dress with her gorgeous blonde locks pinned up.

‘Accepted’ star Justin Long served as hot host of the event, where awards like “Breakthrough Performance” and “Exciting New Face” were handed out.
Katharine McPhee received the Exciting New Vocalist honor from “Idol” judge Randy Jackson, while Hilary Duff presented Ludacris with Today’s Superstar award. Katherine Heigl walked away with the coveted Superstar of Tomorrow title, given to her by “Grey’s Anatomy” pal T.R. Knight. T.R. also gave us a clue about what to expect on the “Grey’s” finale: “I’m sure there’s going to be some sort of cliffhanger for somebody!”

Is Kristin wearing some Jessica Simpson/Ken Paves hair? Grody. Looks like coarse, stringy Barbie hair. Her toes are also sticking out of her sandals – ouch.
