Meet cross-dressing drug dealer Phillip Donta Sole, who has been nicknamed Britney Spears by police – because of his love of pigtails. Sole has been taken into custody on numerous occasions in Maricopa County, Arizona.

He often dons female wigs and has a particular love – of strawberry blonde pigtails. Sole, 28, was arrested this week for drug offenses following similar offenses in 2012.

Britney might want to consider investing in a new wig. It’s looking a little rough.
