‘New Moon’ Cast Gets Charitable & Parties

To benefit the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Oregon, the cast of New Moon is going to be playing a round of Vampire Baseball. That’s right, believe it or not, these bloodsuckers do have hearts.

The event will give fans the opportunity to hang out with cast members Peter Facinelli, Ashley Greene, Edi Gathegi, Rachelle Levefre, Solomon Trimble, Michael Welch, Ayanna Berkshire, Alex Meraz, Christian Serratos, Kiowa Gordon and Catherine Grimme during the game at PGE Park, the home of the Portland Beavers.

But it’s not all work and no play for the New Moon cast. The gang recently celebrated the birthday of Twilight star Robert Pattinson and here are some pictures (courtesy of ROBsessed Lion & Lamb Love) of a recent cast party attended by RPattz, Taylor Lautner, Cameron Bright, Dakota Fanning and Kristen Stewart.

For being undead, they sure seem to be the life of the party wherever they go. Hey-OOOO!

    i want to say thank you to the cast of new moon for doing the make a wish event. My son Joey was granted a wish this past summer from make a wish of Ohio. It’s a wonderful organization and one can never imagine the joy make a wish gives to children in need..so thank you again, from the bottom of my heart you are all wonderful.

    Dakota Fanning is soo lucky working with Rob Pattinson.
    I wish i was her, a successful actress and working with the fittest guy ever!

    so i know it’s for charity and everything, but it’s pretty darn expensive to go. and it’s supposed to be very structured as far as fan interaction with the cast and crew … not to mention that (although i love peter, ashley, alex, etc.) it’s not the MAIN characters or anything …

    still. very cool of them to do.
