At this year’s Comic Con in San Diego, the New Moon cast did a lot of talking with press and fans to promote the Twilight sequel. In fact, several clips from the unaired film screened at the event, which we mentioned yesterday.

In addition, the cast joked about prepping for eventually getting to work on production for Breaking Dawn. Kristen Stewart joked to the 6,000-person crowd, “Uh, I can’t wait to get pregnant,” when asked what aspect of filming she was most excited about.

Her co-star (and rumored off-screen love interest) Robert Pattinson, responded, “I can’t wait to perform the Caesarean!” This little inside joke delighted Twilight fans, but will undoubtedly do little to quell the rumors.
