Descending from a long line of Hollywood actors, Drew has said that she thinks she would probably be best suited to tell the story of her life, which included a tumultuous childhood.

Barrymore said, “I do wonder if anyone who made the movie would be as mean to my character as I was to myself? If they really went to that place of how hard I have been on
myself. If they did, then I think they would really need to take a long
vacation after the film was over.”

I can think of at least one person who would be willing to be that mean.
