The 19-year-old country singer confessed to Your Prom magazine that Gossip Girl star Chace Crawford would be her “celeb dream date” for prom. Yeah, you know she was thinking Penn Badgley would be hot, except that he’s probably going to be unemployed coming up here real soon.
