-The unengaged Leighton Meester has an album coming out. It will never top Lindsay Lohan‘s song about her crazy daddy or Paris Hilton‘s “Screwed.” And what will this opus sound like? “The music is very fun,” Meester says. “It’s edgy, like electro-pop rather than bubblegum, and you can dance to it.” But dont worry about Blair Waldorf leaving Gossip Girl to go on a mall tour or something. She’s too into working with Chuck Bass. Ed Westwick is  “is my favorite actor to work with,” she says. “We have really good chemistry.” Here she is, in a blazing red winter coat, filming on New York’s Upper East Side.

-Backstreet Boy Brian Littrell‘s six-year-old son Baylee has been hospitalized. On Littrell’s website, he posted: “For those of you who do not know or have not heard, Baylee Littrell
has been in the hospital for the past few days. He will be starting a
treatment this afternoon and the Littrell family asks that all
Backstreet Boys fans please remember him in prayer during this trying
time. Every little prayer helps and every single prayer counts! Brian
and Leighanne [his wife and Baylee's mother] would also like to wish you all Happy Holidays and thank
for your thoughts and prayers….More information will follow and we
will definitely keep you all updated…..” We’re sending positive thoughts their way.

-Linda Hogan was in a car accident today in Florida, but she wasn’t hurt. Her car wasn’t damaged either, but the Camaro that rearended her was. The incident took place not far from where her son Nick messed up his friend in August 2007 and went to jail for it. Hogan’s teenge boyfriend Charley Hill showed up at the scene and will possibly rearend her himself later.
