Former leech of Britney Spears, Sam Lutfi is suing the pop star and her parents Lynne and Jamie Spears, claiming that they, “launched a campaign of lies and intimidation designed to destroy Lutfi and drive him out of Britney’s life.” He’s lucky he hasn’t yet been sliced open by her droves of loyal fans. He should quit while he’s ahead.

-Joe Francis, of Girls Gone Wild fame, appeared at his tax evasion case in Los Angeles five hours late and was subsequently arrested. The excuse he gave for being tardy was that he was suffering from the flu. Hmmm, I’m guessing his dog ate his tax returns as well. I hope they repossess his veneers.

-Brandon Davis is still just as big of a mess as ever. The oil heir was partying at the My House in Hollywood. The club kid known commonly as Greasy Bear got down and dirty on the dance floor with “two tall girls.” A tipster told Page Six, “Everyone was in shock, and the girls were really sleazy club girls.” Well, um, yeah. They’d have to be.
