Contrary to In Touch magazine’s report that Nick Lachey was acting as his own personal assistant, his rep has told UsMagazine.com that it’s simply not true.

Duh. I mean, he’s lame for sure, but he’s not Spencer Pratt for goodness sake.

“There is absolutely no truth to this rumor,” Lachey’s rep said. “Nick has never pretended to be his own assistant or anyone else for that matter.”

Nick and his soon-to-be wife Vanessa Minnillo were spotted at the airport with Nick’s brother Drew and his wife Lea.
