Nick Jonas Takes A Stand (Walk?) Against Juvenile Diabetes

November 1st, 2008 // 1 Comment

Nick Jonas
took part in the Los Angeles Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation Walk at Dodger Stadium yesterday where people gathered to raise money and awareness for the disease.

Nick recently announced that he himself has the disease, and has since become active for awareness of diabetes and its complications.

Nick is also my favorite Jonas Brother (sorry, Kevin and Joe), so I added 21 photos of him in the photo gallery because he looks especially adorable when doing some thing for a good cause!

Good Job Nick Jonas in helping to raise awareness for Diabetes! My son (Bryan Zielinski) was one of the Bayer Winners for the Walk In Nicks Shoes, (he took his sister Danielle) nice to see a photo of them with Nick! I myself HAD Type I Diabetes since I was 14 until 3 years ago when I had the Experimental Islet Cell Transplant that has since ‘Treated’ my Diabetes. I have not had to take insulin now for 3, almost 4 years!
