After his breakup from girlfriend, Vanessa Minnillo, Nick Lachey is wasting no time finding female companionship. The singer/reality TV star met up with a mystery blond for some drinks and conversation at Stanley’s in Sherman Oaks, California.

Lachey was spotted just last week getting friendly with a brunette who reminded us of Nick’s recent ex, Vanessa. Now, here’s Nick out with a girl who could easily be a stand-in for Nick’s ex-wife, Jessica Simpson.

Things must have gone well, since the two were seen leaving the restaurant together. She’s nice, Nick, but there’s nothing like the real thing. Chicken of the Sea, baby.
