Nicole Kidman is adhering to the grueling fitness regimen that has kept her so incredibly trim over the years. Despite the fact that she is reportedly more than half-way through her pregnancy, she’s hardly sporting so much as a tiny baby bump and this is probably due in no small part to her dedication to working out regularly. The actress was spotted attending a spinning class at Revolution Fitness in Santa Monica, CA on Sunday.
Without being pregnant, I could conjure up a more convincing bump than what Nicole’s carrying around at the moment. She barely looks like she’s shoplifting a silk scarf or some tissue paper.

nicola is selfish 9mths to carry a baby u should rest not do heavy work outs even more rest is needed in the first months if u already have lost past pregnacys she needs to stop eat and gain a few pounds for her babys sake ,
She looks fine to me. I know many women who maintain an exercise routine, gain the minimal amount of weight need for them and the baby and have beautiful healthy babies. I bet we will see most of her weight gain soon through the 3rd trimester.

She does not even look pregnant at all. Is it really healthy to exercise excessively while pregnant? Why do all these Hollywood stars do this, I thought you had to be careful to not overdo it, especially since she has had miscarriages in the past!
Do you really think someone like Nicole Kidman — who has access to the best medical advice and highly-trained fitness experts in the world — would “exercise excessively” while pregnant? I highly doubt it. As someone already pointed out, women who are in excellent shape before pregnancy (as Nicole clearly was) are more than able to continue working out while pregnant. (As one (extreme) example, marathon runners are able to continue training right through their ninth month.) I’m sure Nicole’s personal trainers have been very diligent in re-working her routines accordingly.
And her small baby bump is perfectly normal for (a) a first pregnancy, and (b) someone of Nicole’s height. When I was six months pregnant with my first, people always thought I was only two or three months along. The second pregnancy was a different story, though!
Doing exercise is ok during pregnancy as long as you do it moderately. Intense work out is not recommendable cause you need to maintain a certain heart-rate level as so not to increase the blood pressure to your baby (my doctor told me that). I guess the key is moderation. I know a friend who jogged til the end of her pregnancy and have no problem at all.
She’s pulling a Katie or she’s anorexic. Look at SJP here, she is was as far along as Nicole is now.
