Even when it’s a country music event, proud husband Keith Urban always seems happy to take a backseat on the red carpet to allow his A-list wife shine. And shine she did at the 2009 American Country Music Awards when Nicole Kidman arrived in a dramatic, dark, sparkly, backless gown.
The Oscar-winning actress showed off some leg as will, with a slit up the back. I think the sexiest aspect of this dress is that from the front, you would have no idea just how revealing the ensemble is until she’s walking away.

Um, I’m not the biggest fan of Nicole Kidman but comparing her dress sense to Bai Ling and Pamela Anderson? She may have had a few see threw dress incidence but that’s nothing compared to the tits and ass dresses Bai and Pam wear. You can’t really compare.

Being an A-list is not merely about box office performance, if that is what you were basing your comment on. If that’s the case, even Julia Roberts can no longer be considered as one.

What a shame that Nicole won’t take a backseat to her husband at HIS events. This wasn’t about you Nicole! Katie Holmes is now called an A-lister so those titles mean nothing anymore. All it means now is who shows up in the tabs more.

I love this daring look for her and Keith looks very proud to have her by his side. Beauty like hers is hard to downplay as far as taking a back seat–and I do think her husband likes showing her off. And Nicole Kidman is one of the most recognized and renowned artists in the WORLD. She is A list.

Keith is proud of Nicole and she is proud of him! Who cares about all those titles. As long as they love and respect one another that’s all that matters and they seem to really do that! They work hard at trying to be normal. I wish them both the best!

This is the best look she’s had in a few years. I like the short hair and wish she’d let it go completely back to curly. She was beginning to look bald from all of the chemicals. She looks younger, and if she would let her lips go back to natural, she’d look even better. They both look stunning and Keith doesn’t mind the height difference. Wish these two all of the best together.

She does look good, fantastic. I want these two to make a go it, also. I think Keith was ripped off at the award show. He doesn’t need a studio to stay on pitch, his voice is sooo consistently perfect. He deserved to win, but they both look like winners here. Keith is not a glorified Karoke singer, he should have won ETOY.

She’s much prettier with her natural hair red, curly hair. I hate that blond on her it washes her fair skin out. Remember how gorgeous she was in Moulin Rouge? I know it’s been several years ago but she was so stunning in that film. She, like so many others, have become addicted to botox and fillers and just look plastic and weird. I’m sure she would look much more beautiful without all of the injections.

Keith is so talented. However, he finally reaches the top and he marries this old woman! She is an old hag, her ears are huge, she is botoxed up and gross! I think he made a huge mistake, she needs to take a backseat to him!

Straightner/color can make you go bald. Lip filler…take one look at Lisa Rinna.
Those lips look like the land down under if you get my drift..sooo nasty.

Nicole loves her country crooner, and he loves her right back. I wish them much happiness, she hasn’t looked this good since I don’t know when. I think Keith should have won the award. What a difference from TC…you can tell Keith is NOT a control freak. Poor Katie, she looks so frail and sickly these days. She’ll have to get away from TC so she can regain her looks.

I don’t think anyone here seems obsessed with their relationship. Most of the comments have been quite complimentary towards Nicole…if she should see this blog…you go girl. This couple has had some real struggles right from the get-go and I hope they stay married. Celebrity marriages are a flash in the pan. It’s nice to see someone looking so happy for a change. Would you prefer the Chris/Rihanna nightmare? Not me.
