no, you didn’t hit a nerve…it’s just that I don’t agree with you on that assertion, and I was wondering if you could elaborate.

I used to work at Princeton University, and I met PLENTY of well educated people (multiple PhDs) who were some of the UNclassiest people you’d meet.

class is about more than just what level of education you have…it’s about how you carry yourself, how you treat other people, etc…and I’m just hoping you can explain how someone’s education level dictates their classiness.

I have met Ph.d’s who are inconsiderate and high school drop outs who are the salt of the earth.

I don’t see why people are ragging on Nicole for saying something nice.

Betty, you labor under a huge misconception. Education (or the lack of it)has nothing to do with what’s commonly referred to as “class”. I’m with Doofus on this. I’ve been in the orbit of many highly educated people, graduates of big league schools, who were cluelessly classless, rude, condescending, and cruel to boot. Kidman maintained her poise and dignity before a dopey reporter that was trying to get her to bad-mouth the new Cruise family. It’s all about comportment.
