These pictures taken of Nicole Richie last month, out at brunch with daughter, Harlow Madden, seem to reveal that she’s not in the best of moods. So maybe it’s not surprising that the reality TV star would develop a nagging cold that would result in a trip to the hospital.

Richie recently posted on her Twitter page, “ok cold, it’s been 6 days. Lets part ways graciously & keep it moving.” Now, her rep confirms to People that Richie checked into the Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles for treatment of pneumonia and as of today is “doing well.”

It’s a shame that she’s got that restraining order on those photographers, could she could totally sneeze on them now.
