No ‘Love?’ between Jennifer Lopez and Ojani Noa

Jennifer Lopez is poised to release her seventh album Love? today, but her newest single “Hynotico” is not the song causing a stir. Instead it’s “One Love,” which ex-husband Ojani Noa is insisting is about him and breaches the agreement Lopez had with her first husband, Noa. His business partner said,

I have a conference with the attorney for J.Lo’s partners in the publishing rights for this song on Monday, as we will be adding the dispute over “One Love” to the lawsuits… Any negative reference to Ojani Noa is prohibited by contract, and J.Lo would be in breach to Ojani Noa. Ojani Noa will be bringing a separate civil action over the song, as soon as the album is released, so as to avoid prior restraint, which we are accusing JLo of in our case.

It seems Noa likes to mix business with pleasure, as his current girlfriend/business associate will be in an LA court Monday regarding a lawsuit to allow Noa to release home videos of the couple while they were married. So while J.Lo has been working on those tone and tight abs and being a business professional, as seen here leaving a meeting in New York City yesterday, Noa has spent several years trying to release these home DVDs that he previously agreed that he wouldn’t.

Lopez’s attorney did not return calls to RadarOnline.com for comment.
