Busy mom Gwen Stefani is getting ready to kick off a tour with her band No Doubt as well as an upcoming television appearance on Gossip Girl. She and her bandmates will be appearing in the Gossip Girl episode intended to launch the show’s spinoff centering on the character of Serena van der Woodsen’s mother, Lily. The guest spot, which is set in the 80s and has the band performing the Adam and the Ants song “Stand and Deliver” is set to air May 11.

With the band getting together to tour for the first time in five years, hitting up 45 cities through the summer, Gwen is getting in some pre-tour training by chasing her little kiddos around. Kingston Rossdale is determined to whip his mother into Rocksteady shape.
