Rumors of Ryan Phillippe’s infidelities filtered through the media after it was announced that Reese Witherspoon had filed for divorce from her husband of seven years. A source told Life and Style Weekly magazine: “Ryan misses her.

“He’s been calling Reese to tell her how he’s never loved anyone as much as her.”

Although Ryan desperately wants to give his marriage another go, Reese has allegedly been growing close to Jake Gyllenhaal on the set of their new film ‘Rendition’.

An on-set source said: “Jake stopped by her trailer and waited for her. They laughed and talked, then he left.”

Oh my. Is Reese the new Lance? All I know is, if the two of them become attached at the spandex shorts, Ryan better just go ahead and give up. I just wonder if that makes Ryan the new Matthew McConaughey or Sheryl Crow…
