Oprah Eats Italy

July 7th, 2008 // Leave a Comment

Humanity’s salvation Oprah Winfrey was recently photographed scarfing down what Italy has to offer in the way of culinary delights. The infamous yo-yo dieter and spiritual guru took in the sights and sounds (and calories) of Portofino, Italy after attending Nelson Mandela’s birthday party in London last weekend.

In her defense, Oprah recently completed a 21-day vegan detox so she was probably ravenous for some chicken parm.

Oprah’s battle with the bulge is legendary and old girl seemed to have temporarily waved a white flag as she hung out at a sidewalk cafe with best friend Gayle King and got her drank on. Good for her. Vegan detox? I’d rather be waterboarded.
