Paris has filed an appeal. I can’t say I blame her. After all this talk of “masculine lesbians” and bologna sandwiches and having to rinse out your two pairs of panties in the shower – I’d be using everything I could to avoid going. I think I’d be in Amsterdam getting a sex change right now.
Paris has filed a notice with the court, vowing to appeal her 45-day jail sentence.
The notice is a formality that lawyers are required to file before lodging the appeal. It does not give the grounds for the appeal, but Hilton’s lawyers must essentially prove that the trial judge abused his discretion by imposing the sentence.
Seriously, I’d already have my hair dyed and only be answering to “Leslie” right now. I’d work as a fry cook in some Midwestern greasy spoon. I’d be the mysterious stranger in town, and pray that no one has the Interweb. And hope that my knock-your-socks off tuna melt would convince people to protect me.

Damn that was funny! I thought Paris *manhands* had already had her operation. The judge got a standing ovation at his church on Sunday. Even religious people in church hate her.

I just cannot see what there is to appeal. She broke the law, repeatedly, ignored orders not to drive, gets pulled over continuously for erratic or drunk driving and still somehow thinks there’s been some huge mistake. Suck it up Paris and get it over with. Besides come on, does anyone really think she’ll be put in the main prison population? No way. She’ll be separated. Hell, daddy will probably arrange it so she can have her phone to talk on all day.

She needs to take responsibility for her actions. I never knew my grandparents because they were killed by a drunk driver when my mother was a child. This horrible crime needs to be stopped. If she is any type of role model (which she is not), she will take responsibility.

Come on Paris suck it up and do your time,just because your family has money makes you no different from anyone else who breaks the law. You did the crime repeatedly ,now do the time. Maybe then you won’t snub your nose at us common folk anymore. You should have more respect for your family and yourself, your actions are embarassing and you degrade yourself in front of everyone. You definitely need some kind of intervention, you are out of control. You parents should of took control of you a long time ago.Your whole family needs to get back to reality. This is the real world baby.
