Paris Hilton launched her clothing line at Kitson in Los Angeles and caused quite a stir, requiring police intervention to control the crowd that appeared. Paris, in her new subdued post-jail style, was sporting a gold sequin mini-dress and couldn’t have been happier with the turn-out.

“It’s a dream come true to have my own clothing line,” she said. “It’s just Paris style: fun, bright and flashy.”

The line consists of “really comfortable” and “affordable” jeans, t-shirts and shoes. I’d be very curious to see her take on lingerie. I have a feeling it looks a whole lot like the emperor’s new clothes. Basically, lots of freewheeling vajajays.
